VERDICT

Many Bluetooth earbuds – even some of the best Bluetooth earbuds on the market – offer, essentially, the same thing in a different package. You have to look very hard to find something truly unique. The Simger Beats Sports Sweatproof Bluetooth In-Ear headphones stand out with their wireless design and included a battery charger. If you often find yourself annoyed by the bouncy cable present in most Bluetooth earbuds, don’t wait for even a second and buy these.

The Simger Beats feature a completely wireless construction, allowing you to experience full freedom of movement. Their utilitarian design will likely appeal only to a selected group of people, but we strongly believe that these headphones are worth considering even if you don’t immediately fall in love with them.

Design and Build Quality

Yes, there are absolutely no wires anywhere on these earbuds. The two channels can be used individually or at the same time. Of course, you want to use both earbuds to get a stereo sound and experience your music in full detail.

Inserting the earbuds requires a little practice, but, once you get used to it, you won’t believe how comfortable they are. Despite their relatively large size, the earbuds manage to fit securely and never move even during the most rigorous exercise.

The built-in voice notification technology alerts you when you receive a phone call and reads you the number or name of the caller. The manufacturer squeezed in music control buttons, allowing you to skip, play, or pause your music tracks without taking your phone out of the pocket.

The earbuds can muster up to 5 hours of uninterrupted music playback and last up to 200 hours of standby time. Charging is done via the provided charging cradle, which fits both earbuds at the same, so you don’t have to charge each of them individually.

Sound Quality

The overall sound profile of the Simger earbuds is dynamic and responds great to all mainstream music genres. The level of detail is probably not high enough to satisfy demanding audiophiles, but casual music listeners should be more than happy with the provided quality.

We have found the signal strength to be adequate for the intended purpose of fitness and working out, but there was the occasional cut off here and there. Our music quickly came back, and we have not found a reliable way how to replicate this issue, which means that it was probably just a rare glitch.

Only the amount of passive noise isolation was on the weaker side. You remain fully aware of what goes on around you, which can be both good and bad at the same time. On one hand, you don’t have to worry about getting hit by a passing car, but you also don’t really have the luxury of being able to completely focus solely on the music.

What’s in the Box?

The packaging contains the earbuds, a USB charging cable, charging cradle, 3 pairs of replaceable eartips, and 3 pairs of extra earhooks.
